ok.... i m getting used to it liao.. the crappy life of school.. sigh... waking up at 5 plus... just to go to the damn sch... n having to endure like 5 hrs of boredom... sigh... wad could be worse? oh well... today trng... 9 pple here... sherm n jov sail byte.. me denise gris tim paul yang n sports school.. considerably little 4 a thursday... oh well... trng tmr.... at 2.30... n no morning trng on sat n sun.. sigh.. cuz of the damn osim triathelon i tink.. or someting like tt... sigh.. today training... just fleet race... n one team race.. nothing much... yupp.. normal... so.. ya... another day of my boring life... ya... signing off... ~ $t!Ne~

its still early.. only 3rd day of school... cant wait for e next holidays... sept holidays... so far away... oh well... at least there r the inter sch n trials which is considered a holiday.. yupp... so today.. sch was as boring as usual... nothing much... except for my change in seating arrangement.. haha... now seating right at the back.. oh yeah!... haha.. yupp... ok.. couldnt go 4 training.. cuz sch end at like 4 plus... screw... sigh... got a hair cut also.. now hair so short... haha... nvm... heck ah... at least dun need to care of cutting my hair for another month at least i think... yupp.. k... yeah..

today.. the start of the 2 day sake noss regatta... yupp... n really strange things happening... yupp... so... went nsc quite early.. eleven plus... when the wind was still good.. but it rained for a while... but the wind continued... launched with the wind good... but my outhaul string came out.. n had to sail back to the pontoon to fix it... was hiking almost full at this kind of wind... but the wind died down like crap... until totally damn hard to sail in... light winds choppy waves... ya... so first race... sherm's sprit cable kenna snap... damn sad.. have to go back to shore to fix it.. so he dns 1st race... i managed to do well n got a bullet... yupp.. 2nd race... i against his group... n like 3 mins to start... my sprit cable snap this time... wad a coincidence! n i had to go back n get it fixed.. while sherm finished 2nd... so my races were 1,dns(66).. while his were dns(65),2... so we r like eighty something position.. same points.. but i winning him.. haha... k... so.. hopefully there will be like 2 races tmr.. so i can discard my dns... n hopefully i can do consistently well... yupp.... if not... nvm.. dun wanna think about it... so ya.. gd luck to everyone tmr... n hoping 4 2 races..

sigh... everyday seems to past so fast... its only 2 more days... n then back to... sigh... well... tmr its noss champs... so many regattas coming so fast... just last week it was singapore nationals... then two weeks from now its inter schools.. though inter schools is not tt important... then its the big one... trials... sigh... stress sia... hopefully i can do well this regatta... keep on the good form... yeah? ok... all e best to everyone n gd luck... yupp... sigh.. haven started on my homework.. dun intend to do it liao... haha... wait till school reopen then do.. haha... bye

its really seems like singapore has absolutely no wind... well... 2nd day consecutively.. we didnt launch.. well... i dun mind.. dun wanna sail in suck crappy wind also... so... today... went 4 morning training.. met tim paul n ming at tanah at 9.. n we just reached nsc on time.. cuz we got a lift in from this nice person... yupp... we did gym.. n e gals came as well.. denise eve n gris... today more or less stamina work... rowing 5mins... 1185 m.. n 10 mins cycling.. 9.5km.. yupp... there was hiking as well... n lastly running to bus stop.. actually was shorter... the gal's distance(in jacob's time).. ya.. afternoon... thought we would launch cuz tues nvr launch liao.. rigged up everything.. in e end... didnt launch... n didnt go to gym... cuz morning gymed liao... is there such a word as gymed? dunno.. but nvm... so ya... did some games... n played soccer.. tt was basically all... yupp... going morning training again tmr... get the body fitter... ya? tim n paul cant go.. cuz got to do hmework.. i haven even started... argh... too lazy... heck la... so... yupp... see ya

regatta over liao.. back to the hard work.. training... today... there was no morning training... only afternoon... n went there pretty early cuz it is really damn boring at home... got there at like 12.30... played soccer with e acs pple.. ming tim paul daryl bryan andrew eugene etc... there was like absolutely no wind at all... then at around 3.. went audi... kenna lectue for like an hour.. abt yr shi jian guan jian... punctuality... n cannot be free.. or something like tt... we did gym later... sit ups n back bends... feeling really stiff.. guess i need more gym.. so going morning training tmr.. must get back in shape.. haven done gym for like a long time since i came back from aus.. so yupp... see ya

well.. today.. last day of e regatta... finally... firstly.. congratulations to paul who has won his first regatta... n gris... for winning the girls' challenge trophy thrice... haha.. yupps... anyway... today.. didnt launch in e morning as usual.. no wind... waited till 1 then launch.. n had 2 races... got 3rd n 1st.. n finished 2nd overall... behind paul... on the same points... sigh... sean n tim behind.. both same points also... n gris one point behind... yupp... 6th is like 10 points behind top 5... haha.. yupp... so going out tmr i think... hopefully pple can come... so ya... see ya

well... i seem to be updating so regularly since i came back.. wonder why... mayb cuz i got my internet working on my com again... yay.. yupp... but have been trying to update everyday... well... have been doing it so far... yupp... so today was second last day of the regatta... only one race... no wind though... stayed on shore as usual... no wind.. ap came up again... n we waited till like 2.. then everyone launched... did one race... n got 1st... haha... yupp... did a risky start.. going to the middle... on top of everyone n starting.. seriously thought i ocs... but found out tt i was actually 2 boat lengths behind... i was like... so far below the line??? nvm... i take comfort from the fact tt i was much higher than everyone else... n again.. i aid well cuz of my starts... haha... have been doing well cuz of my starts the whole regatta... all 7 races... good starts sia... yeah... so... tmr.. last day... they want everyone back on shore by 1.. n have prize giving by 3.. cuz the aussies have to go back in the evening.. so... ya... dun think we will be racing tmr though.. think tt the wind will be like today.. the norm... morining no wind at all... so if there is no wind till 1... then... no more racing... gris will win... paul second.. i third.. ya.... 7 races regatta not bad... forgot to mention.. tim 4th sean 5th.. n i think eve 6th... yupp... its ok... top 3... haha... so yupp... gotta get a good rest... must be prepared for tmr... bye...

3rd day of e regatta today.. n absolutely no wind.. sigh... played soccer n talked the whole day.. sian ah... started off with a slight sea breeze in the morning.. but very light.. so ap flag went up... went to go play soccer... then was told ap flag would go down soon.. so went to prepare n stuff.. get ready to launch... then there were these storm clouds coming... n so it rained.. n from then on... no wind... so played soccer.. quite sian ah... got a lift back from ck's mum... n tt was basically all today... a pretty boring day.. yupps... gonna rest... n be ready 4 tmr... yeah...

well... the second day today... three races... n pple losing positions... the race 4 first heating up... pple out of contention... yupps... 6 races gone.. pple getting burnt liao... but with 3 races tmr... there will be the 2 max discards in... so... ya... all still to play 4... today... started off with no wind at all... always like tt in e mornings... so wait... do nothing.. wanted to play soccer.. but decided not to... so just talk... talk n talk... yupp... launched at abt just be4 2... n had 3 races... last race ended pretty late.. compared to others la... abt 6.45 last boat finish... ya... ppe on fire today... gris... 3 bullets consecutively... kao bo... too hot to handle... but paul maintains first... gris 2nd... sean 3rd... i drop to 4th.. damn... while tim is 5th... so... 6 more races.. hope i can stay within top 5.. its ok for me... ya... need the consistency... every race top 3... should make it in... ya... so hopefully... tmr... do better than today... didnt do tt well today... kinda out of contention for 1st... nvr really thought i would be in contention anyway... ya... hope 4 gd winds tmr.. 20 knts? haha... hoping... ya.... see ya... gonna sleep early today... mayb 10 plus... haha... im tired... yawns...

well... its regatta day 1... shucks.. pressure pressure... well... did average... not very good also... paul n jov first... overall.. but jov dsq one race ... so paul first overall.. he got like 1,1,2... pro sia... jov had 1,2,1... but last race dsq.. so... yupps.. everyone seems so far ahead... i m lagging behind...damn... well... had 3 best starts today... all at pin end... haha... yupps... tt roxs... but didnt give me all 1st.. so... damn... need better speed first... if only... i had speed like sean.. or gris.. welll.... another 4 more days... another 9 more races.. anything can go wrong... so focus ya.... its still a long long road... consistency is the key... stress stress stress... see ya

well... its just one day to tmr's regatta... stress... mann... nvr really cared much abt regattas... tt was till this yr... well... must whack liao... its the selection to the selections... well... not sure whether me whacking will be enough.. hopefully it is... must get a good rest today... anyway... today... started training at like 1.30.. got there early at around 12.30... met tim n paul n denise... the seets left later... went to go wash my dirty boat... n my foils... wanted to train with b squad... but didnt in the end.. instead... launched with sean denise bryan n aaron.. did some self training... but in the end jiao lian came out... damn? n i kenna screwed again... for ... dunno wad la... launch by yrself... too dangerous... next time must tell him.. all the crap... did pacing... changed my mast rake all the way to 286... just so i can keep pace with aaron... still much slower than sean though... these days... pple just get faster.. n faster... it sucks... it makes me look as though i m getting slower.. miss the days when i was actually light... well... tt was basically today.. race starts at 11 tmr... briefing at 9... so going a bit early... to wash my boat again... get it in relatively tip top condition... it looks bad compared to other boats... like jov's... hers is totally smooth mann... damn.... gotta try my best tmr... focus... yupp... good luck to everyone for e regatta... all e best.. may the best man.. or lady win... well.. ya...

i should start getting used to the fact tt there is no wind here... totally no wind today... absolutely still... mirror sia... not even a bit of sea breeze... well this is singapore... today... went bowling... 116 n 127.. haha... not bad.. got double strikes in both rounds... no turkey.. sigh.. but not bad... haha.. so... then... training at 1.30... but no wind... at all... actually supposed to launch.. but everyone object... i mean... really no wind lor... the lasers not even moving... so then... he say he will check the wind... wanting us to launch.. but u really cant say there is wind when there is no wind... so... we played soccer till 3.30... at first play match... then changed to league... in the end.. was a bit sian liao... then went auditorium.. watch e aus videos... boring... but better than drifting endlessly out on water... played soccer after tt again... be4 we finally zao back.. got a lift back from rus... trng tmr will be for washing yr boats... so think i might go launch with b squad... train with uncle sommai... later kenna screwed by jiao lian.. but who cares.. haha.. doesnt matter.. thought of going out... but no one going.. so... heck it... mind as well.. get more used to the wind n prepare for e regatta.. stress sia.. top 13 boys selected 4 2nd selections.. if dun get in.. u basically miss 3 international regatta liao lor... asian asean n sea games... so hopefully i can make it in.. aiming 4 top 5... light wind... try to move... a bit heavy.. but i will try my best.. well... yupp... see ya!

sigh.. the more i think of it.. the more i groan... damn... school suxs... nvm... wont talk abt it anymore... pisses me off... anyway.. today training.. just realised tt my sail got a tiny hole at the back.. ahh!! crap.. must go fix it be4 regatta... damn... anyway... today.. started off with real light wind... as in the kind of conditions tt really suck... light wind... choppy waves.. oh boy... cannot move lor... have to let out sail to get more power.. then got like lousy pointing... damn hard to tack as well... it suxs... drains the confidence out of u... well.. team racing.. kenna beaten by worlds twice... oh well... its more of normal.. but dun like losing... so... gotta try harder... they r not unbeatable... yupp... so... tmr there is training... on request... at 1.30... so we gonna bowl... yeah... if u r awake.. n read this ... then meet at tanah at 10.. but by the time u read this... it will be too late i guess... haha... so ya... bowling tmr... to destress the stressed... to relax the unrelaxed... bye..

today... first day back in singapore... n i m starting to hate the weather liao.. sigh.. so hot... not used to it... well... today... went nsc quite early... like at 9... haha... went there... go wash my boat... got a lot of bird shit... then go rig up my sail.. put my stuff in e boat... n get everything ready by 10.. for gym... today gym quite slack.. but my body also quite stiff... did like muscle training... chest press.. biceps.. crunches... back bend .. step ups.. n the turn thingys... well... still need a few weeks be4 i can get back into shape... damn... well... changed my sail... from my lao pok one.. to my japan one... not very new... a year... but it will do i guess... felt ok today with e sail.. haha... today.. more or less get used to the conditions here... hot.. n light winds... quite average performance today... not too bad... not good either.... haha... but team racing was fun... me aaron denise n gregor.. n we won 2 out of 2.. against worlds n sherm.. but sherm team not tt good... got he n crystal.. n the 2 aussies... hal n mark... who have started training with us liao... against worlds damn shiok.. actually losin.. but at 3rd mark.. balls some pple.. then got 1,2,3.. then we win from then on... yay... haha... jiao lian say tmr got no morning training.. n ask us not to come tmr.. but who gives a damn.. gonna train with uncle sommai.. haha... dun feel tt tired also... need the workout.. 48kg liao.. if i dun start losing... i will never lose weight... who noes how heavy i will be at the end of the year... 55kg??? its scary... must start running in e evening... sigh... no pain no gain... but its quite cooling to run in e evening.. haha.. so.. tmr... training in e morning as usual.. except with uncle sommai.. haven train wif him 4 a long time since last year.. haha... should be good... so... till tmr... see ya...

damn... just got back from perth... sigh.. totally suxs... from a place where u have natural aircon.. to an oven... doesnt tt just suck.. how i wish i could spend my whole life there... no stress.. no pressure.. no school... how fun... but oh well... this is reality... well.. guess i will finally talk abt e trip... looking back, left australia on the 28th... was looking forward to all the god damn fun... was a bit rush cuz we had to sail the day we arrived... was expecting good strong winds... but.... winds didnt exceed 10 knts... damn... it picked up towards the last few days... well.... tt was the wind for like 3-4 days.. until... we were too damn sick of the light winds... so... moved to fremantle... the open sea... where it started off really well... 15 knts on the first n second day... died down on the 3rd day... but it was ok... scared of the sharks there though... andrew told us tt there were like many sharks there.. the great whites... damn it was scary... everytime u sail... n u look into the clear waters.. u just think it is a shark going past... real scary mann... well.. tt was in the past... we stayed in like apartments... quite ok... mayb slightly cramp.. but it was good.. all the guys in one while all the gals in the other... though everyone would hang out at the guys apartment... mostly cuz briefing was there... so.. back to the sailing part... while we were at fremantle, we had our rest day as well... went garden city.. the norm.. shopping... spending all the damn money u have... all wasted away.. nothing much... went laser trek thingy... was ok... i guess... tt was mainly all... n lastly.. went for this home stay... at a australian sailor's house.. for 2 nights... haha... me tim n sherm with mark... n the worlds guys.. scott sean n paul with hal... n the 3 gals with belinda on the first night... n sanna on the second i think... or so i know... was quite good i guess... during tt stay.. we were still sailing at fremantle... one of the days.. we didnt sail in the afternoon... light wind... went on the powerboat... n watch the team racing competition... competetiion between clubs in australia like in singapore... except they use puffins instead of optimists... haha... quite interesting... got the 420 youth worlds champion there... or tt was wad they said.. he is pro... sail super fast... well... after tt day... on a monday... morining we sailed in fremantle... we didnt really sail our camp race... cuz there were expected storms blowing up to 50 knts... we sailed but came back... in the end got winds of like 30+ knts... cool sia... it was the start of the rain season to come... for the next three days.. well... tt day was super rust.. we came back cuz of the storm... n then we decided to go back to freshwater cuz there wouldnt be tt strong winds.... so.. pack all e boats.. in the rain... managed to get everything done quickly n got bact to freshwater at 2.30... from there we had to eat our lunch, rig our sails... get our boats down... n rig up.. all in an hour's time.. by 3.30... we did it... n managed to sail two races... our camp race.. got like double 6... haha... light wind... haha... tt was monday... on tuesday... the real good wind... finally came... 15 knts average... blowing above 20 knts some races... n was on fire sia... 6 races tt day... 3 in the morning... 3 at night.... managed to get 1,1,2,2,1,4... sia la... damn shiok sia... n i leapfrogged to 1st overall... just on tt day... haha... well.. the last day.. which was the last day of sailing in aus... we did 4 races... in the morning... was so so wind... 12 knts... didnt do tt well... only average... 6,5,5,6... n i dropped to third overall... so it was jov first in the end... n tim beating me by a measly point... damn.... oh well... tt suxs... but nvm... afternoon was all left to pack...n we had the normal briefing... did i mention tt this trip.. there was like a singing session every day... the first n the last person on tt day... frm training results would sing... any song... haha... interesting... can hear e gals sing... n ppl like paul n tim... haha... fascinating... haha... oh well... on tt day... we went out to sizzler... good food... n we watched a movie there as well... haha... real good... left the place at like midnight... went to the beach.. to have a look at the wind.. n it was blowing all right... prob 40 knts... i think... damn shiok sia... haha... tt was basically all... n .... we have pics of tim n gris hugging... god noes wad else they did... haha... wanna see... get from me.. or i will consider posting it.. haha... oh well... back to life in singapore... haha... wrote lots of stuff... think it is my longest post.. if u read until this... then it must be interesting i guess.. or u have nothing better to do... haha... ya... back to training on sat... with many important regattas coming up soon... hoping for the best... cao...
